(YES- you can sign up one week at a time. No commitments. Take a break when you like, try us once, or keep it forever.)

3 fully cooked and lightly seasoned proteins.
Raw, washed, and cut seasonal veggies for instant salads, stir-frys, and snacking.
2-3 prepared and lightly spiced grains
3 ready to go sauces and vinaigrettes that will mix and match with all the meal components
one whole grain or protein based breakfast bite
Rotating meal items, so each week is different

All that stands between you and a week of healthy meals is a quick email and a convenient online payment! (Paypal/Venmo/credit cards accepted)

All meal prep kit orders should be placed no later than Saturday 10am of each week.

Meal kits are available for pick-up on Monday (we will coordinate with you after order is placed).We are also happy to deliver to your home or place of work for an additional $10 delivery fee. After we receive your order via email-we will contact you to confirm your order and give you instructions for your pick-up or delivery. Meal Prep Service is available for delivery in Falmouth, Portland, South Portland, Cumberland, Scarborough, Westbrook, and Yarmouth Maine.
